SR MFG offers two flexible cooperation models:
Model A — Branded Supply (OEM)
You provide certified branded equipment along with complete product documentation, and we manufacture the required components to your specifications.
Model B — Contract Manufacturing(ODM)
We provide end-to-end contract manufacturing services, from bare metal cabinets to fully assembled products. Components are manufactured, assembled, and shipped under your brand.

We are not a brand owner of certified end-products. We are a cabinet, wire harness, and assembly manufacturer — and a supply channel for certified branded equipment. Pick the structure that fits your program.

The Real Decision
The question is rarely whether to manufacture in China — it is how to structure the work
If you manufacture EV charging equipment, battery energy storage systems, or power distribution equipment, you’re probably familiar with two difficult choices.
Buy fully finished equipment? That often means accepting the supplier’s branding, certification arrangements, and minimum order quantities.
Manufacture everything in-house? That means investing in production facilities, wire harness production lines, and assembly operations.
There’s a third option: keep your own brand and retain control of your product certification, while we manufacture the components behind your products — metal enclosures, wire harnesses, and finished subassemblies.
We deliver these as components and subassemblies, rather than complete, certified end products. This keeps responsibility for final product integration and certification clearly in your hands.

Manufacturing
From drawing to shippable components
One production base covering cabinet fabrication, harness production, and final assembly — with inspection at every stage.
Cabinet fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and surface finishing (powder coating, zinc plating). Tight flatness control on welded enclosures.
Wire harness production
Cutting, stripping, crimping with pull-force sampling, labeling and wire numbering, bundling and sleeving.
Final assembly & QC
Wiring to your schematic, torque-controlled fastening, 100% continuity testing, hi-pot where specified, outgoing inspection and packing.
Quality documents
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified (certificates available on request). Harnesses: 100% continuity test, pull-force sampling on crimps. Assemblies: outgoing inspection with checklist per order. Material and inspection records kept for traceability.

How a project runs
Step one is choosing the model — everything after it follows from that scope.
Define deliverables, choose Model A or B, confirm battery and certification boundaries.
Engineering review of drawings before tooling: material, tolerances, sealing, harness routing.
First article with inspection records. Samples from 7 days after drawing confirmation.
Cabinet fabrication and harness production in parallel, per approved sample and BOM.
Battery-free final assembly, testing, outgoing inspection, export packing as components.
