Our Automotive Sheet Metal Manufacturing Capabilities
We provide comprehensive automotive sheet metal fabrication services, covering the precision manufacturing of a wide range of components, including interior and exterior trim parts, structural parts, functional parts, and more.
Our Manufacturing Processes

Laser Cutting Services
We use high-power TRUMPF laser cutting equipment from Germany, capable of cutting materials from 0.5 mm to 20 mm thick. We work with a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, galvanized steel, and cold-rolled steel. With high cutting accuracy, smooth edges, and minimal heat-affected zones, this process is ideal for automotive components with complex contours and tight tolerance requirements.

CNC Bending and Forming
Our facility is equipped with multiple high-precision automatic CNC press brakes, with bending lengths of up to 4,000 mm. We support multi-angle and complex multi-step bending operations. Through professional bending processes, we ensure dimensional consistency and angular accuracy, meeting the strict assembly requirements of the automotive industry.

Stamping
We operate stamping equipment ranging from 25 tons to 500 tons, supporting a variety of processes such as blanking, punching, forming, and deep drawing. This allows us to efficiently produce automotive standard parts and bracket components in high volumes, helping customers achieve both cost efficiency and production scalability.

Precision Welding
Our certified welders are highly skilled in a variety of welding methods, including TIG welding, spot welding, laser welding, and seam welding. In addition, we use FANUC robotic welding systems to ensure weld quality meets automotive industry standards. After welding, stress-relief treatment is carried out to minimize deformation and maintain dimensional stability.

Surface Finishing
We operate our own powder coating line and also work closely with specialized finishing partners to provide a full range of surface treatment solutions. In addition to powder coating, we offer electroplating, anodizing, Dacromet coating, and electrophoretic coating to enhance both corrosion resistance and the visual quality of your parts.

Lead Time and Cost for Automotive Sheet Metal Parts Manufacturing
Provided that the drawings have been fully confirmed and standard materials are already in stock, typical lead times for common projects are as follows:
- Prototypes: typically 7–10 business days
- Low-volume production (10–100 pcs): typically 10–15 business days
- Mass production (100+ pcs): typically 15–30 business days, depending on factors such as part complexity, material availability, surface finishing requirements, and production scheduling
Note: If materials are not in stock, an additional 15 business days is usually required.
For time-sensitive metal fabrication projects, we offer fast evaluation and priority production scheduling:
- Expedited request evaluation and quotation within 24 hours
- Delivery in as little as 3–5 days for selected prototype projects
- Dedicated project support for urgent orders, with fast coordination of production schedules
Through nesting optimization, process improvement, and volume-based purchasing, we help customers achieve more competitive manufacturing costs:
- Free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) recommendations
- Tiered pricing support — larger order volumes mean lower unit costs
- Cost-effective process solutions while fully meeting quality and lead time requirements
